Refund policy

 

Refund/Return contact info: If you want to make a refund/return/exchange you have inform us by sending an email to info@footzilla.shop. We will provide you an address that parcel must be sent directly to.

Method of refund: the same form of payment used.

Times & Condition: You have 14 days full right of return/exchange on all items bought at Footzilla.shop, as long as they are not used or personalized. Items with personal print, of any kind, or products with embroidery cannot be returned except when the product is deemed faulty.

Charges: Shipping, handling, and return postage fees are non-refundable. All shipping costs associated with returning the goods are paid by the buyer. Except for goods that were delivered with an error or defect due to our fault.

In case you want to return for a change of size, a refund, or another product:

Return the product that you do not want. We strongly recommend that you chose a service that offers full tracking.

Once received in our warehouse we will process the return, usually within one week from when the return parcel has arrived with us. But at peak periods, it may take longer. Then once you have received a refund, you can place a new order.

Please note: returning is not something we covers. Meaning the return and/or exchange costs is on you. Also, the parcel must be sent directly to our address as we provide. Return deliveries made to a parcel shop or similar, can not be accepted.
